Any order received by 10:00 AM EST will be shipped the very same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Please note that our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We ship from our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY. If you live in MA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD, D.C. or the eastern parts of NY and PA, Ground shipping will get it there within the next 2 day.

The shipping of oversized items (indicated on the product page) will involve an extra charge of $6.00 per oversized item. Note that oversized items will only be shipped Ground.

PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii
The U.S. Postal Service will be used as a carrier to these destinations. We do not ship oversize items to PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii.

APO/FPO: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

International & Canadian shipping

We gladly ship to foreign countries. International orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, and Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Ground or the U.S. Postal Service. When you purchase an item for international or canadian shipping, a charge of $25 will be automatically added to your order. This shipping charge is an estimate only and will be adjusted to the actual cost of shipping. If the final shipping charges are over $25, we will contact you by email to obtain your approval and authorization to ship the items. Delivery time: 5 to 8 days. Once the product arrives at customs, the recipient is responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties or import fees that may apply. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping.

Tracking your order

Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. You will receive a tracking number for either UPS or the US Postal Service, depending on which carrier was used to ship your order. You can use this number to track your order online at www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com. UPS allows you to track your order while en route, but the US Postal Service generally does not, the exception being Express Mail. You can also call our customer service number 877-543-7186 , and a Half Pint Citizens representative will be happy to assist you with your order.

Changing or Cancelling orders

If you decide to change or cancel your order, please immediately call our customer service toll free number: 877-543-7186. If your order has already been shipped, simply return the shipment and we will refund the purchase price of the item. Unfortunately, the original shipping and gift wrapping costs are not refundable.

Return policy

We accept returns for refund within the 7 days of purchase for full price items in NEW condition (with the original and undamaged packaging including papers, plastic wrap and tags uncut). We will accept returns (NEW condition items) for credit or exchange within 21 days of purchase (including sale price items). Simply contact us via email "service@halfpintcitizens.com" for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to return shipping. If the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped by Half Pint Citizens, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you've changed your mind and returning an unwanted item, you will be responsible for shipping charges (each way) and $5 handling fee for sale item return.  If the item is not received in resalable conditions (i.e. open boxes, product damaged, missing accessories or papers...), we will impose a restocking fee ranging from 30% to 75% with a minimum of $5 depending on the condition of the item we receive. Items sent without RMA numbers or more than 21 days after purchase will be automatically subject to a restocking fee of 30% with a minimum of $15. Note that this restocking fee may be higher if the item is not in perfect resalable condition. If a product arrives in defective condition, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item so we can replace it. Please note that hygiene products like baby bottles, underwear, bathingsuits are not returnable.
