Some important information has just been released concerning UPPAbaby's G-Series strollers (both the G-Luxe and the G-Lite). UPPAbaby has identified a manufacturing issue for an extremely small percentage of the G-Series strollers that would have been purchased between March 1 and July 19. If you purchased wither a G-Luxe or a G-Lite during this time, and the serial number on your stroller begins with either DAC, DB4 or DB5, please contact UPPAbaby immediately at 888-770-7138 or click here to register for a replacement.

Again, the only strollers affected by this issue are G-Series strollers whose serial numbers begin in either DAC, DB4, or DB5. Although no injuries have occured as a result of this issue, UPPAbaby is prioritizing the quality of its product and safety of their customers.

The manufacturing issue in questions concerns the opening/closing mechanism. The opening/closing mechanism in the rear of the stroller is not functioning properly, and in turn, not consistently staying open. Please inspect your G-Series strollers to see if yours has a serial number starting in DAC, DB4, or DB5.
